SACRAMENTO-The Gallelli Investment Team along with Voit Real Estate Services' local office has sold two apartment complexes in Sacramento for a total amount of more than $8 million. The properties were sold to Mission Viejo-based Wasatch Advantage Group.
Bellwood Park Apartments, a 76-unit apartment complex at 385 Bell Ave., was sold for $5.6 million. Jerron Place Apartments, a 40-unit apartment property at 1730 Jerron Place, was sold for $2.5 million. Gallelli represented the buyer in the transaction. For the full story, go to Sacramento Bee.
