NEW YORK CITY-BHR Capital has inked a five year lease deal with LCOR for 8,800 square feet at 545 Madison Avenue. The company will occupy the entire 10th floor of the high-rise building.
In the transaction, the landlord was represented by Gregg Rothkin, Kerry Powers, Paul Milunec, Robert Flippin and Sloane Rhulen of CB Richard Ellis, while the tenant was represented by Randy Abend and Cynthia Wasserberger of Jones Lang LaSalle. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
