NEW YORK CITY-Buffa, a manufacturer of high-end mozzarella, is opening a new restaurant on Third Avenue. Buffa has leased a space at 827 Third Avenue situated between 50th and 51st streets.
The new eatery is located a block away from the deli of Smith & Wollensky. The asking rent for the space was $200 per square foot. The tenant was represented by Leonard Rosenblatt and Guy Morris of Botsaris Realty Group in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
