SAN DIEGO-Cassidy Turley BRE Commercial has closed the sale of an office condominium in Little Italy. The Speckman & Associates law firm has purchased the 2,572-square-foot office condo at 1350 Columbia St., Suite 503, in Metrowork for $715,500.
