LOS ANGELES-Kmart store, a long vacant property at Plummer Street and Corbin Avenue in Northridge, was demolished for a mixed-use development. San Diego-based Fairfield Residential LLC is the developer of the project.
The approved development, situated next to the Northridge Fashion Center, will comprise more than 15,000 square feet of retail space and 416 apartments.
