New Development To Replace Former Western Industries Plant

MILWAUKEE-Milwaukee-based Cobalt Partners LLC is planning to start construction of a $35-million apartment project in Menomonee Falls in spring 2012.

MILWAUKEE-Milwaukee-based Cobalt Partners LLC is planning to start construction of a $35-million apartment project in Menomonee Falls in spring 2012. The new development would replace 15 acres of former Western Industries Inc. plant site.

Cobalt has partnered with the village to reformulate a 70-acre manufacturing property, which includes the former industrial site in west of Pilgrim Road and south of U.S. Highway 41/45.
