LOS ANGELES-High Point, NC-based New Breed Logistics has confirmed that it is moving to Santa Fe Springs. The company has inked lease for seven years for a distribution space measuring 411,000 square feet at 9400 Santa Fe Springs Road.
The tenant has leased the space from Hartford, CT-based Cornerstorne Real Estate Advisors for $23 million. Nearly 200,000 square feet is vacant in the 608,500-square-foot warehouse.
