NEW YORK CITY-American Express Travel Related Services is relocating from its current location at World Financial Center to 250 Hudson St. The company has leased 27,039 square feet at the 380,000-square-foot, Hudson Square building from Jack Resnick & Sons.
With the new lease, the 250 Hudson St. building is 100% full. Bruce Surry and Michael Liss of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant, while Dennis P. Brady and Brett S. Greenberg represented the landlord in-house. For the full story, go to New York Post.
