CORAL GABLES, FL-Caterpillar Logistics, Inc.'s industrial lease at Centergate is completed. The supply chain company has taken out a lease for 77,000 square feet of space in the mixed-use business park. The company joins the tenant roster along with other notable firms such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Electronic Transaction Consultants and Miami International Freight Solutions.
