JACKSONVILLE, FL-Grubb & Ellis/Phoenix Realty Group has negotiated the sale of a Jacksonville building on behalf of the buyer. Discovery Properties, Inc., a real estate holding firm of JD Byrider, has bought the building measuring 15,478 square feet and an additional acreage at 9590 Atlantic Blvd. in Jacksonville.
