TAMPA, FL-RMC Property Group has negotiated a lease deal in Tampa. Dollar Tree Stores has inked a lease to enlarge and move its store within Temple Terrace Shoppes, a shopping center at 56th Street and Busch Blvd.
Dollar Tree is expanding the size of its store to 14,425 square feet from 7,992 square feet. It will occupy the former Save-A-Lot unit at the shopping center. The new shop will be opened for business under Deal$ concept. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
