NEW YORK CITY-Fir Tree, a hedge fund firm, has expanded its office space at 505 Fifth Ave. The firm has leased 10,856 square feet from Kipp-Stawski.
Fir Tree will occupy the 21st floor of the building. Silvio Petriello with CB Richard Ellis represented US Power Generating Co., the vacating tenant, and Paul Glickman, who has joined Jones Lang LaSalle from Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord.
