NEW YORK CITY-Landbrot is opening a new cafe, first of the two locations the company has planned in Manhattan, at 185 Orchard St situated between Rivington and East Houston streets. The company has inked a lease for 10 years with S&H Equities for 800 square feet on the ground floor and 600 square feet on the basement.
