NEW ORLEANS-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of CVS/pharmacy in Donaldsonville, Louisiana.

NEW ORLEANS-Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has closed the sale of CVS/pharmacy in Donaldsonville, Louisiana. A limited liability company has purchased the net-leased single-tenant property measuring 9,800 square feet at 20 W. Tenth St. from a partnership.

The limited liability company acquired the property for an amount of $2,763,000. The property is currently leased for 25 years. Marcus & Millichap negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller.For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
