NEW YORK CITY-Michael Kors, a fashion retailer, has snagged a retail space in Fifth Avenue. The retailer has inked a lease for 10 years with Tishman Speyer Properties for the former Kenneth Cole store in 610 Fifth Ave. at Rockefeller Center.

The leased shop has nearly 3,000 square feet on the underground and 4,500 square feet on the ground floor for office and storage purpose. Asking rent for ground-floor space in the area ranges from $2,100 to $2,500 per foot. For the full story, go to New York Post.
