NEW YORK CITY-Sandler O'Neill + Partners, an investment banking firm, has signed a lease deal with Mitsui Fudosan for 70,000 square feet of space at 1251 Ave. of the Americas.

NEW YORK CITY-Sandler O'Neill + Partners, an investment banking firm, has signed a lease deal with Mitsui Fudosan for 70,000 square feet of space at 1251 Ave. of the Americas. The company currently occupies space at 919 Third Ave.

David McBride, Jamie Katcher and John Cefaly with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while David Falk and Peter Shimkin with Newmark Knight Frank represented the building owner in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
