ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Ciminelli Real Estate Services has closed a new lease deal in St. Petersburg.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL-Ciminelli Real Estate Services has closed a new lease deal in St. Petersburg. Spoor & Associates, a CPA company, has inked a lease for seven years for an office space measuring 11,146 square feet at Plaza Tower, a 147,500-square-foot office building in downtown St. Petersburg.

The new tenant will occupy the 16th floor of the Plaza Tower building. Vector Commercial Real Estate Services represented the tenant, and Ciminelli Real Estate Services represented the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
