NEW YORK CITY-Tory Burch, a fashion designer, is expanding her showroom and office space. The designer has renewed a lease deal for 26,000 square feet of space at 11 W. 19th St. and has leased additional 26,000 square feet from Bob Savitt.
Tory Burch will join Epsilon International and Nautica Design Studio in the new address. Jamie Katcher and Don Preate of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant, while Carol Sacks and Savitt represented the ownership in the transaction. For the full story, go to New York Post.
