AMERSFOORT, NETHERLANDS-C1000 BV has sold six logistics facilities for Euro 157 million ($208.6 million) to W.P. Carey & Co. The deal was set up as a lease-back and sale transaction.
As per the deal, C1000 has agreed to a triple net lease for 15 years. The terms of the deal shows that under the ownership of W.P. Carey, C1000 will have to pay for upkeep, property taxes and for any modernization of the property. C1000 has plans to convert its property into cash. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
