CHICAGO-Santa Ana, CA-based Goglanian Bakeries Inc. is planning to open a production and distribution facility near US 30 and Interstate 55 in southwest suburban Crest Hill. The company has leased the building measuring 262,500 square feet at 21511 Division St. for 15 years.
Goglanian leased the building from a venture associated to Bartlett-based Greco & Sons Inc., which bought the property in December 2009 for $4.25 million. The firm will open the building for business in May with nearly 200 workers. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
