CHICAGO-Wilton US Commercial Inc., an Irish investment fund counseled by US Equities Realty LLC, has acquired 65 E. Wacker Pl., a 24-story, Art Deco building in the East Loop. The investment fund has bought the troubled office building from PrivateBank & Trust Co. for about $16 million.
