LOS ANGELES-Developer Rick Caruso has said that his company has acquired one of two properties it requires to enlarge the Americana at Brand mall situated in Glendale. Caruso Affiliated Inc. has purchased a vacant building measuring 7,500 square feet from Henry David to expand its mall. However, the owner of the second property, which is the site of GoldenKey hotel, has refused to sell the property.
