DELRAY BEACH, FL-Cohen Commercial Realty, Inc. has signed a lease for Anna's Linens for nearly 11,180 square feet at the former Party City at Plaza at Delray. The leased space is situated on the northwest corner of US 1 and Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach.
