ORLANDO-Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc. has negotiated a lease expansion in Orlando. Czarnowski, which already occupies 72,561 square feet in Beltway Commerce Center, has leased additional 7,279 square feet.

The company has leased the space from Prologis. With the new lease, Czarnowski now has 79,840 square feet in Beltway Commerce Center located 10805 Lee Vista Boulevard.
