CHICAGO-Framingham, Massachusetts-based HomeGoods, a unit of TXJ Cos., has leased 25,503 square feet on the Magnificent Mile at 600 N. Michigan Ave. The home furnishings chain will occupy the third-floor space previously occupied by Linens 'n Things.
The chain, which owns 336 stores nationwide, has 17 stores in the Chicago area. Stanley Nitzberg from Mid-America Real Estate Group negotiated the 600 N. Michigan lease on behalf of the owner. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
