CHICAGO-An investor group, which includes a former Chicago planning commissioner and a suburban contractor, has plans to construct a 39-story tower at 174 W. Randolph in the Randolph Street theater district. Clovis Investments LLC, led by Joseph Zosky, has proposed a plan to build the tower, which will include residences for seniors, parking lots and a hotel.

Zosky was seeking city approval for the $100 million development. He has requested the city to modify the parcel's zoning into a projected development. For the full story, go to Chicago Sun Times.
