HILLSBOROUGH, NJ- Four leases totaling more than 8,000 square feet have been signed at Hillsborough Business Center, as have two new agreements for nearly 4,000 square feet at Kingsbridge Center here, says owner/developer Larken Associates. They’re part of what the company says is a surge of recent leasing activity at its properties.

Allstate Insurance Co., Contemporary Landscape Concepts, Carbro Construction Corp. and Boenn Technologies have taken space at the business center, a 27-building complex of office and warehouse facilities at Raider Boulevard off Route 206.  Allstate’s lease covers 2,270 square feet, as does Contemporary Landscape’s. Cabro signed on for 1,500 square feet, while Boenn took 2,236 square feet

Larken launched the property’s first buildings in the 1980s.  Continual expansion since then has resulted in a wide array of tenants, ranging from users of office, warehouse, distribution and flex space to a dance center and a gymnastics school.

“The final four buildings provide some of the campus’ most desirable space situated on a private cul-de-sac street,” says Robert Marek, VP of Raider Realty, Larken’s exclusive broker, in a release. “They can be designed to fit tenants’ specific needs and offer an array of upgraded features and conveniences, such as drive-in doors and loading docks.”
