WASHINGTON, DC-Freddie Mac has said that the average value for 30-year fixed loans has increased slightly to 4.74% from last week's 4.71%. The average rate for 15-year fixed mortgages fell 4.05% from previous week's 4.08%.

Changes have been there in mortgage rates due to gains in Treasury yields. The average value for a five-year adjustable-rate mortgage fell from 3.72% to 3.69%, and the five-year adjustable-rate mortgage reached 3.25% last month.
