WASHINGTON, DC-The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is planning to lease nearly 650,000 square feet of space at Constitution Square located at 400 Seventh St. SW in Southwest DC. Last year, the Securities and Exchange Commission had leased space in the same building.

The OCC, which presently occupies space at 250 E St. SW, is negotiating directly with David Nassif Associates, the landlord, to lease space in the secure office building measuring 1.4 million square feet. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal.
