SAN DIEGO-The owners of the Park Hyatt Aviara, a 329-room resort in Carlsbad, have decided to extend their loan of $186 million for five years. Broadreach Capital Partners acquired controlling stake in the Aviara hotel in 2007.
Broadreach is talking in terms with CW Capital, the servicer who is managing payments to investors, regarding the loan extension.
