MORAGA, CA-The former Rheem Valley Bowl site, which is being vacant for six years, will be converted into an apartment complex. Owners of the site, Jim and Michael Knuppe, have proposed a new plan for the lot located across the Rheem shopping center.

The father-and-son property will be converted into a three-story building with 36- to 40-unit apartment as well as townhouse complex. The development, proposed on the two-acre site, will have both owner-occupied and rental units. For the full story, go to Oakland Tribune.
