FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Holland & Knight has appointed Deborah Stear De Luca as co-chair of its National Retail Development and Leasing Team, and as Senior Counsel in the Real Estate Section. She has joined the Fort Lauderdale office of Holland & Knight.
