FORT MYERS, FL-Jason Sepanski, who has gained CCIM designation, has joined LandQwest Commercial. Since 2007, Sepanski was working with Florida Commercial Source, a Sarasota, FL-based brokerage firm.
Sepanski has brokered more than $6 million in land sales to companies such as ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, Englewood Bank, Burger King, Perkin's and Tire Choice on behalf of the sellers.
