OMAHA, NE-The Cordish Cos. from Baltimore has plans to construct an entertainment district and an outlet center in La Vista, a suburb of Omaha in Nebraska. The new retail center, known as The Outlets at Southport West, will be built like The Walk development situated in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
The first phase, which costs nearly $114 million, will include 435,000 square feet. Cordish has also plans for an additional 100,000 square feet for retail and entertainment use. For the full story, go to Baltimore Sun.
