J. Craig Venter Institute Renews Lease for 33,000 SF

SAN DIEGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed a lease renewal deal in San Diego.

SAN DIEGO-Jones Lang LaSalle has closed a lease renewal deal in San Diego. J. Craig Venter Institute has renewed its lease for 33,000 square feet at 10355 Science Center Drive in San Diego's Torrey Pines submarket.

The not-for-profit research institute has renewed its lease for three years with HCP Inc., the owner of the building. Brian Cooper and Scot Ginsburg with Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant in the lease transaction.For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
