NEW YORK CITY-Laila Rowe is opening its first downtown spot. The tenant has signed a long-term lease for 520 square feet of space on the ground floor and a portion of basement at 99 Wall Street situated between Water and Front streets.
Laila Rowe has leased the space from the Claremont Group. In the transaction, Jayme Tomita and Robert Weber with Winick Realty Group represented the owner. The tenant was also represented by Winick in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
