SAN DIEGO-Inland Pacific Commercial Properties has closed the sale of an industrial building in El Cajon. Raleigh LP has sold the industrial building measuring nearly 26,000 square feet at 430 Raleigh Ave. in El Cajon to John A. Cameron for an amount of $2,400,000.
The property, which was bought as an investment, is leased to HDS White Cap Construction Supply. Robbie Cornell and James Renner from Inland Pacific Commercial Properties represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal.
