NEW YORK CITY-Communication Partners Group, which designs promotional programs for education and medical communication, has subleased 21,891 square feet from Stawski Partners at 360 Madison Avenue.
The lease runs for eight years and the firm will shift from 330 Madison Avenue to the new location in April 2011. Nicholas Farmakis and John Mambrino of Studley negotiated the deal on behalf of the tenant. The building could fetch between $50s and the mid-$60s, according to realty sources.
