JACKSONVILLE, FL-Regency Centers has signed a 2,992-square-foot lease with Panache: An Aveda Salon for its Jacksonville at Plantation Plaza situated at 2750 Race Track Road. With this leasing deal, the 77,747-square-foot shopping center is now 93% occupied. The 44,840-square-foot Publix is the anchor tenant of the shopping center.
