NASHVILLE-On behalf of The Adler Group, Aztec Group, Inc. has closed a loan of $9,750,000 to finance the purchase of The Parklane Building, a four-story, 110,347-square-foot building in Brentwood (Nashville), Tennessee. The Class B office building is situated at 5200 Maryland Way in the Maryland Farms Business Park.
