BRANDON, FL-Aztec Group, Inc. has closed the sale of a development site in Brandon on behalf of Adler Group. The 16-acre site is located in the Pavilion Crossings Development.

Pavilion Crossings, a 35-acre site at the crossway of Falkenburg Road and US 301, will accommodate office space, inline retail and outparcels. A 45,600-square-foot Fifth Third Bank and Publix Supermarket will be developed in the site. The development will start in February and end in late 2011.
