NEW YORK CITY-City Connections Realty is planning to open a flagship spot at 510 Amsterdam Avenue. The company has inked a lease for 10 years at 510 Amsterdam Avenue and a lease for five years at 311 East 76th Street.
According to David Schlamm, the leased locations measure about 600 square feet each. Asking rents for the spaces were more than $100 per square foot. Except Schlamm, no other brokers were involved in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
