PHILADELPHIA-The Intelligencer has reported that Doylestown-based Keystone Redevelopment Group has partnered with another entity to acquire the human services center of Montgomery County in Norristown. The two groups have expressed their inter interest in buying the property, which previously housed Sacred Heart Hospital.

The county bought the property through a bankruptcy proceeding for $7.07 million in October 1994. It had spent above $30 million to renovate the property for new uses. For the full story, go to Philadelphia Business Journal.
