CHICAGO-Chicago-based Northern Trust Corp. has inked a lease for an office space in the Bank of America Building situated on LaSalle Street. The company has agreed to sublease the space measuring 207,000 square feet at 231 S. LaSalle from Charlotte, NC-based Bank of America Corp.
According to CoStar Group Inc., Northern's lease deal will run through mid-2023. The 940,000-square-foot office building is currently 86% leased. Brokers from Jones Lang LaSalle Inc. represented both the tenant and the landlord in the transaction. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
