SAN DIEGO-Shea Homes has bought a parcel of land in Encinitas.

SAN DIEGO-Shea Homes has bought a parcel of land in Encinitas. The homebuilder has acquired the 1.08-acre land located on North Vulcan Avenue in Encinitas from Vulcan Townhomes LLC for an amount of $2.3 million.

Shea Homes has plans to construct a multi-family housing consisting of 20 flats on the property. Patrick Miller, Trevor Jensen and Matt Weaver from Lee & Associates negotiated the deal on behalf of both the buyer and the seller. For the full story, go to The San Diego Metropolitan.
