BOSTON-Developers have started construction of an apartment complex consisting of 350 units on Old Power Mill Road in West Concord. The two industrial building, situated on a 30-acre parcel, were demolished last month, and the site work will start next month.
The name of the project has been changed to Longview Meadow from Alexan Concord. Robb Hewitt is supervising the development for Mill Creek Residential Trust. The housing project is being constructed under the Chapter 40B housing law of the state. For the full story, go to Boston Globe.
