SAN DIEGO-Mission Center LLC has sold the Marketplace Del Rio Shopping Center to Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. The 177,136-square-foot shopping mall located at 3742-3784 Mission Ave. in Oceanside was sold for $35.7 million.
Tenants, including Ace Hardware, Blockbuster, Burger King, Chase Bank, Everything $5 Clothing, Stater Bros., U.S. Post Office and Walgreens, occupy space in the center. Kirk Allison, Matt Zimsky, Richard Lebert, Savvas Marinos and Vic Gausepohl from Colliers International represented both the seller and the buyer in the deal.
