DALLAS-Metropolitan Properties Inc., a Birmingham-based real estate company, has closed the sale of a real estate portfolio. Turton Properties has sold the 105-room Hampton Inn hotel situated in Frisco, a suburb of Dallas in Texas, and the 133-room Hampton Inn hotel located at the Colonnade, at Interstate 459 and U.S. 280 to Fairwood Capital LLC.
