SAN FRANCISCO-The San Mateo County Board of Supervisors has decided to buy an office complex situated in San Carlos for $40 million. The two four-story buildings, former headquarters of Tesla Motors, are situated on Circle Star Way, between Highway 101 and Industrial Way.
This move will help the county save money spent on leases for office spaces. The county is also planning to utilize the San Carlos buildings to accommodate workers shifted from two other buildings owned by the county. For the full story, go to San Francisco Business Times.
