NEW YORK CITY-Three affiliated funds and 32BJ Service Employees International Union have filed a suit against The Andalex Group. They say that the owner of the 101 Sixth Ave. building owes them above $5 million.
The tenants had leased the 400,000-square-foot building in 1989, and subleased small portion to other tenants. As per the lease, the owner has to divide a portion of money made with the tenant. The suit was filed in Supreme Court of the State of New York. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
